We have performed the following services for our clients:
Inspection and certification of numerous lifting devices, including Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Aerial Devices, Self-propelled Elevating Devices (zoom booms, scissor lifts, forklift baskets), Bridge Cranes, Jib Cranes and Monorails
Supplier surveillance for the repair and installation of various pieces of light and heavy equipment. The scope of the surveillance was tailored to the specific application. In the majority of cases the surveillance involved developing repair procedures, monitoring the implementation of the repair procedure, reviewing non-destructive testing, and reporting to the client.
Identifying the capacity of various mezzanines.
Providing design consulting services including the design and fabrication drawings for mezzanines, the identification of mezzanine capacities, providing material consulting for new designs, providing welding designs for various assemblies, and providing consulting on the welding design and fabrication details of a new lifting device.
In addition to the above we have also developed a variety of welding procedures in accordance with ASME Sect. IX, CSA W47.1, W47.2, AWS D1.1, D1.2 and D1.6 and assisted clients in obtaining National Board Stamps, CSA W47.1 and/or CSA W47.2 certification.
