Cranes

We have been involved in the inspection, repair and certification on almost every variety of crane. These cranes include:

• Tower Cranes
• Mobile Cranes
• Jib Cranes
• Bridge Cranes
• Monorail Systems
• Portal Cranes
• Gantry Cranes
• Boom Trucks

Typically we are contacted to certify an existing crane. This process involves an inspection of the crane. If the crane is new to us, we may do structural calculations to rate the crane. A report will then be issued stating the deficiencies if any are found. Once the deficiencies have been corrected a load test will be completed, this load test will test all components of the crane. Once the load test is successfully completed a certificate of inspection will be issued. This acts as the cranes Certification, and is valid for one year from the time of the test.
